    What the job involves

    • Strategize and create content pieces across TikTok Instagram and YouTube
    • Research and develop content ideas generating visual assets like graphics or videos
    • Publish content in an engaging and timely manner
    • Develop and execute content strategies aligning with brand values and ecommerce objectives
    • Film and edit compelling videos that resonate with target audience
    • Analyze and refine content performance
    • Spearhead creative campaigns ensuring brand coherence
    • Collaborate with internal teams for concept innovation and development
    • Stay abreast of social media trends with a focus on TikTok and digital advertising
    • Craft direct response TikTok content to motivate consumer engagement
    • Nurture and lead the creative team towards a culture of creativity and innovation
