Who you are

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support or defend a position or idea in a clear concise and persuasive manner
  • Desire to work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial company and drive immediate results
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Facebook or TikTok Ads Manager and an understanding of terms like ROAS CTR CVR
  • 2+ years relevant experience working on a creative team at an agency or brand
  • Bachelor's degree preferred



What the job involves

  • Write compelling and conversion driven creative briefs for images remixed videos and landing pages for up to 5 clients at a time
  • Work with our UGC coordinators to source the right content creators and provide them with creative themes and direction to produce the best UGC for our clients
  • Research trends and competitors to stay up to date with the latest
  • Proactively try new ad formats and messaging
  • Communicate internally with teams and externally with stakeholders getting buy-in on concepts and ideas
  • Report on creative performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Evaluate creative performance using the data to help your media buyers scale winning creative as well as guide future creative tests
  • Manage creative timelines processes and project communication
  • Share learnings with the rest of the team and collaborate on concepts and ideas
