Day to day

  • Design innovative strategies for marketing and social media campaigns, prioritizing paid growth, and continually refine them through iterative experimentation and hypothesis testing
  • Direct and coordinate the design of diverse advertising assets, including videos and graphics, meticulously crafted to resonate with audience preferences and design sensibilities, requiring expertise in vector graphics or illustrative campaigns
  • Track and report on KPIs for ad campaigns in various channels (including social platforms, OOH, in-person, etc), and use insights to optimize content and creative strategy
  • Develop and execute a content strategy across Sleeper user touch-points to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Manage production timelines and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of ad assets
