Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in consumer lending business (loans or credit cards)
- Experience in credit strategy analytical life cycle
- Proven analytical skills in conducting sophisticated analysis
- Skills in Excel, SQL, and Python
- Ability to synthesize and communicate analysis to business partners
- Motivation to drive results and able to work collaboratively
- Knowledge/skills in analytical and modeling techniques like decision trees, regression, and logistic regression
Nice to have
- 5+ years of personal loan credit risk experience
- Experience in developing credit strategies using innovative data
- Advanced degree with a quantitative major
Day to day
- Analyze and evaluate data to develop credit risk strategies for SoFi's lending products
- Develop and implement Personal Loan underwriting strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and control risk
- Monitor and analyze risk trends to provide insights and recommendations
