- Experience in credit strategy analytical life cycle
- Proven analytical skills in conducting sophisticated analysis
- Skills in Excel, SQL, and Python
- Ability to synthesize and communicate analysis to business partners
- Motivation to drive results and able to work collaboratively
- Knowledge/skills in analytical and modeling techniques like decision trees, regression, and logistic regression
Desirables
- 5+ years of personal loan credit risk experience
- Experience in developing credit strategies using innovative data
- Advanced degree with a quantitative major

- Develop and implement Personal Loan underwriting strategies
