Day to day

  • In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of analysing and optimising the company’s CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • You'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness.
  • Provide day-to-day operation support, this includes troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalate issues and incidents to relevant people.
  • Define and perform data quality analysis; Identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.
