Who you are
- Must have previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years)
- Experience of working directly with Veeva
- Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel etc.
What the job involves
- In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of analysing and optimising the company’s CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy.
- You'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day operation support, this includes troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalate issues and incidents to relevant people.
- Define and perform data quality analysis; Identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.
