Day to day

  • Support the planning and execution of retention campaigns and promotional activities across Africa regional markets
  • Monitor retention reactivation and ROI metrics and prepare clear reports to track engagement and optimisation
  • Collaborate closely with product analytics and external partners to improve tools reporting accuracy and campaign delivery
  • Provide operational input for personalisation and automation initiatives while helping offers stay competitive and on time
