- Experience in the Online Casino or broader iGaming industry is strongly preferred

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus

Day to day
- Support the planning and execution of retention campaigns and promotional activities across Africa regional markets
- Monitor retention reactivation and ROI metrics and prepare clear reports to track engagement and optimisation
- Collaborate closely with product analytics and external partners to improve tools reporting accuracy and campaign delivery
- Provide operational input for personalisation and automation initiatives while helping offers stay competitive and on time
