Who you are
- Minimum 3 years experience with email marketing
- At least 1 year with SMS and/or app push notifications
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA/CTIA rules
- Minimum 2 years experience using Klaviyo for flows and blasts
- Working knowledge of databases for personalization
- Experience with Google Analytics and Excel for pivot tables and vlookups
- Experience with project management software
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong QA skills for proofreading
