Day to day

  • Own and manage the US & ROW promotional calendar across email push and newsletters to keep campaigns consistent and well balanced
  • Plan build and execute CRM communications from briefing and scheduling through deployment and performance analysis
  • Lead targeted campaigns and A/B testing programmes while turning results into clear insights and recommendations
