Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM email marketing SMS and loyalty program management
- Must have multi-regional and multi-brand CRM experience
- Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programs including rewards structures member segmentation and lifecycle communications
- Deep expertise in HTML/CSS coding for email responsive design and cross-client rendering
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability and authentication best practices SPF DKIM DMARC
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Confident collaborator who can align cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven adaptable and able to deliver with minimal direction

Day to day
- Own the CRM, email marketing, and loyalty strategy across multiple brands with full accountability for performance and execution.
- Build sophisticated customer segments, automation journeys, and cross-channel SMS programs that improve retention and lifetime value.
- Lead campaign production, testing, QA, reporting, and optimization while collaborating with internal and external partners to keep work on time and on brand.
