  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM email marketing SMS and loyalty program management
  • Must have multi-regional and multi-brand CRM experience
  • Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programs including rewards structures member segmentation and lifecycle communications
  • Deep expertise in HTML/CSS coding for email responsive design and cross-client rendering
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability and authentication best practices SPF DKIM DMARC
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Confident collaborator who can align cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven adaptable and able to deliver with minimal direction
