- Experience in healthcare or mental health sectors is a plus

Day to day
- Oversee implementation and management of CRM capabilities
- Ensure CRM system supports onboarding, in-life, and post diagnostic stages to enhance patient engagement
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to align with business goals
- Build and optimize CRM processes within platform and map customer journeys
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns using Marketing Cloud
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance and campaign outcomes
- Ensure CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and customer data is securely managed
- Work closely with other business areas for CRM system integration
