Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field desirable
  • Experience in healthcare or mental health sectors is a plus
  • Strong understanding of database management and data analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understand patient-centric strategies

What the job involves

  • Oversee implementation and management of CRM capabilities
  • Ensure CRM system supports onboarding, in-life, and post diagnostic stages to enhance patient engagement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to align with business goals
  • Build and optimize CRM processes within platform and map customer journeys
  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns using Marketing Cloud
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance and campaign outcomes
  • Ensure CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and customer data is securely managed
  • Work closely with other business areas for CRM system integration
