Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in CRM lifecycle or email marketing
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns email push SMS
- Experience with an enterprise ESP such as Iterable Braze or SFMC
- Solid understanding of segmentation targeting and triggered journeys
- Strong QA instincts and obsessive attention to detail
- Comfortable pulling performance data and translating it into clear insights and next steps

Day to day
- Execute and schedule multi-channel campaigns across email push and SMS to support resubscription and acquisition lifecycle programs.
- Write campaign briefs partner with Creative on asset development and manage the approval process with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain reporting surface performance insights and coordinate workflows calendars and stakeholders while supporting roadmap initiatives and program launches.
