Requirements
- 3-6 years of marketing experience with a focus on lifecycle CRM growth digital marketing or eCommerce
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience at a DTC subscription or eCommerce company strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting loyalty retention referral or engagement programs preferred
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
- Analytical fluency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Forecasting and modeling experience
- Familiarity with CRM ESP platforms such as Iterable Braze or SFMC
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude Sigma Tableau or Looker
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
Day to day
- Execute and support retention programs across upgrades loyalty campaigns coupons and operational initiatives.
- Own day-to-day deliverables across multiple workstreams from brief through launch while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Analyze performance data identify risks and optimization opportunities and recommend improvements that drive engagement and reduce churn.
