Requirements

  • 3-6 years of marketing experience with a focus on lifecycle CRM growth digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience at a DTC subscription or eCommerce company strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience supporting loyalty retention referral or engagement programs preferred
  • Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
  • Analytical fluency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Forecasting and modeling experience
  • Familiarity with CRM ESP platforms such as Iterable Braze or SFMC
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude Sigma Tableau or Looker
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts

Day to day

  • Execute and support retention programs across upgrades loyalty campaigns coupons and operational initiatives.
  • Own day-to-day deliverables across multiple workstreams from brief through launch while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Analyze performance data identify risks and optimization opportunities and recommend improvements that drive engagement and reduce churn.
