Requirements

  • At least 2 years in CRO with proof of measurable conversion improvement for real brands
  • Agency experience owning accounts managing roadmaps and speaking with clients independently
  • Shopify and ecommerce fluency with understanding of DTC business models
  • Strong knowledge of funnels buying behaviour and CRO planning
  • Experience with landing pages paid traffic and ad-to-page match
  • Ability to read data accurately and evaluate statistical significance
  • Clear communication skills for presenting tests results and roadmaps
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Must work UK hours and be self-managing in a remote setting

Day to day

  • Own a roster of Shopify ecommerce accounts and take responsibility for each account's conversion performance
  • Run research using heatmaps session recordings surveys analytics funnel analysis and buyer behaviour insights to shape a prioritised CRO roadmap
  • Work with designers developers and strategists to brief ship and analyse tests plus build and optimise landing pages for paid ad funnels
  • Lead client calls present results and roadmaps clearly and feed learnings back into future experiments
  • Use internal AI tooling to speed up research build analysis and documentation
