Requirements
- Previous experience selling cruises or bespoke long-haul itineraries
- Self-driven to work towards and exceed targets
- Past telephone sales experience preferably in travel retail or tour-operating
- Dynamic packaging experience preferred
- Passionate and enthusiastic about selling cruises
- Homeworking experience preferred
- Good cruise and travel product and system knowledge
- Previous experience of using Amadeus/GDS flight systems preferred but not essential
Day to day
- Sell cruise holidays including bespoke itineraries to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst providing exceptional customer service
- Convert incoming calls, emails, and web chats into bookings
- Sell cruises, flights, hotel stays, land tours, and ancillary products and services
