Requirements
- Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction or the United Kingdom
- 3+ years legal experience in financial services fintech or digital assets
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency regulation blockchain technology and financial compliance frameworks
- Experience advising crypto exchanges fintech companies or blockchain projects
- Understanding of EU regulatory initiatives related to digital assets and financial innovation
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business guidance
- Strong analytical drafting and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote international environment

Day to day
- Provide legal guidance on cryptocurrency blockchain and digital asset regulations across the EU and UK
- Advise clients on compliance with MiCA AML directives and financial services regulations while enabling practical business outcomes
- Draft review and assess legal documentation for token issuance crypto platforms blockchain partnerships and related transactions
- Conduct regulatory analysis due diligence and governance support for exchanges custodians DeFi protocols and fintech innovation
- Collaborate with consulting risk and compliance teams to monitor developments and shape strategic legal advice
