Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success account management partner operations customer operations sales operations or similar customer-facing B2B role
- Strong relationship skills and confidence on calls
- Commercial awareness to spot expansion risks and when senior input is needed
- Excellent written communication for notes briefs and updates
- Strong organization without heavy bureaucracy
- Comfort with technical products and basic product documentation
- Experience keeping CRM records customer notes project status and follow-ups current
- Practical calm communication style
- Comfort in a small remote team with overlapping roles
- Willingness to travel occasionally including internationally
- UK right to work required

Day to day
- Manage proactive relationships with deployed customers and channel partners to keep communication clear and issues visible
- Own onboarding follow-up status tracking meeting prep and handoff so projects move smoothly from sale to delivery
- Coordinate internal follow-through by turning customer and partner conversations into accurate notes practical summaries and action items
- Support partner-led deployments demos and post-sale operations while keeping records current in HubSpot and surfacing insights to senior leaders
