Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success account management partner operations customer operations sales operations or similar customer-facing B2B role
  • Strong relationship skills and confidence on calls
  • Commercial awareness to spot expansion risks and when senior input is needed
  • Excellent written communication for notes briefs and updates
  • Strong organization without heavy bureaucracy
  • Comfort with technical products and basic product documentation
  • Experience keeping CRM records customer notes project status and follow-ups current
  • Practical calm communication style
  • Comfort in a small remote team with overlapping roles
  • Willingness to travel occasionally including internationally
  • UK right to work required

Day to day

  • Manage proactive relationships with deployed customers and channel partners to keep communication clear and issues visible
  • Own onboarding follow-up status tracking meeting prep and handoff so projects move smoothly from sale to delivery
  • Coordinate internal follow-through by turning customer and partner conversations into accurate notes practical summaries and action items
  • Support partner-led deployments demos and post-sale operations while keeping records current in HubSpot and surfacing insights to senior leaders
