Requirements
- Minimum B.S. in life science, biochemistry or molecular biology
- Strong experience in DNA handling, cloning, and gene synthesis with 5+ years of customer support in a Life Science Service Organization
- Knowledge in NGS is a plus
- Effective communication in English (German or French a plus) with strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and effective teamwork skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, G-Suite; experience with Salesforce and ERP software a plus
Day to day
- Interfacing with and supporting internal and external customers in the order fulfillment and service operations process
- Building strong relationships with customers and coordinating between customers and cross-functional groups
- Supporting Twist’s product lines with a focus on technical details of orders to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and reinforce brand quality
