Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer roles
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Security cleared, or willing to be cleared
• Strong social skills

• Capability to lead multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

What the job involves

• Drive consumption of Elastic solutions by aligning them with customer business objectives. Onboard customers. Define and communicate technical success criteria. Develop and execute tailored Technical Success Plans guiding customers to their desired outcomes. Solve technical frictions and increase Elastic solution adoption and ARR growth.
• Provide technical guidance. Align solutions with customer goals. Proactively suggest value-driving upgrades. Collaborate with account teams.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships. Ensure smooth adoption. Facilitate solution expansion.
