• Manage central schedule and agenda for Customer Advisory Board
• Execute day-of meeting experience of Customer Advisory Board
• Improve meeting execution and capture learnings
• Build and execute external communications for engagement programs
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on milestones
• Capture feedback from Customer Advisory Board and programs
• Track meeting metrics and assist with internal reporting
• Manage nomination process for customer integration
• Partner with Executive Sponsorship team for engagements
• Recommend tools for customer communications and virtual meetings
