Who you are

• At least 5 years working with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
• At least 5 years working in a technical support role
• Experience using Windows in a virtual environment e.g. Hyper-V
• Capacity to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Able to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
• Understanding of application packaging
• Enjoy solving technical issues
• Possess critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable presenting and leading customer-facing calls for product demos, setups, and reviews

Desirables

• PowerShell skills
• Experience with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience with WSUS integration and troubleshooting
• Understanding of enterprise certificates deployment and usage
• Knowledgeable on software updates and application deployment within Configuration Manager or Intune
• Experience in packaging applications
• Awareness of security and best practice for patching Windows devices

What the job involves

• Participating in 3 customer-facing Teams calls daily
• Conducting pre-sales product demos
• Helping customers install and configure products during setup calls
• Reviewing customer environments proactively
• Communicating through multiple channels including Email, webchat, telephone, and forum
• Continually improving skills and experience with products
• Travelling occasionally (2-3 weeks annually) for corporate events, trade shows, and meetings
