Day to day

  • Create technical reports utilizing SETWork's in-house report engine for a variety of client needs such as Payroll and Billing.
  • Interact with clients 30-40% of the time to understand requirements lead meetings and provide updates on report progress.
  • Manage multiple technical report writing projects using project management tools like JIRA.
  • Participate in daily meetings team social events quarterly company-building events and remote book clubs.
