Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience and suitable marketing qualification
  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology marketplace
  • Proven track record of crafting ABM plans that drive engagement and pipeline
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good understanding of customer analysis and utilising engagement data
  • Excellent customer-facing relationship building and internal communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience partnering with external agencies
  • Experience planning and maintaining ABM campaign budgets and proving ROI
  • Ability to react and dynamically respond to sales team and business needs



What the job involves

  • Developing and delivering short-term and long-term ABM strategies and campaigns
  • Providing customer analysis to identify potential demand, solution white space, target personas and engagement mapping
  • Reporting on account advocacy, retention, engagement and other core KPIs
  • Working collaboratively with the strategic sales team and product marketing manager to align our GTM strategy with our customers’ needs
  • Creating case studies, testimonials, and decks with the sales team, content manager, copywriters, and design agencies
  • Leveraging the marketing tech stack to share insight and provide reporting, tracking, and accountability
