Remote Customer Service Representative Job in Lees Summit, MO CVS Health

Who you are

• 1 year experience interacting with customers in call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry or military
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Desirables

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Problem-solving ability in a positive manner
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
• Exhibiting patience and empathy
• Strong customer service skills including courteous telephone etiquette
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• At least 6 months of health care experience

What the job involves

• Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans
• Taking inbound calls and answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions
• Offering solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience and servicing various clients and call types
