What the job involves
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle leveraging product knowledge to ensure Enterprise customers utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent
Strive to understand customer requirements and issues at the molecular level seeking the most elegant and efficient solutions
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Manager and other teams to implement scalable solutions for customer needs
Deliver a timely and organized onboarding for customers and advise on technical best practices
Ensure customer retention and expansion through relationship building and participation in periodic account reviews
Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all Cloudflare products
Assist with technical escalations by collaborating with Customer Support Engineering and other teams
Identify opportunities for expansion for existing customers and promote retention by addressing product or feature gaps
Contribute to internal and external documentation Q&A and iterate on best practices within the CSE organization
Travel 20-30% to meet with customers attend conferences and collaborate with Cloudflare teammates
