Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Post Sales Customer Success or Solution Architecture in identity or security
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft identity and access technologies including Active Directory Azure Active Directory NTLM and Kerberos
  • Experience with federated identity and multi-factor authentication solutions such as Okta Ping Identity and Duo Security
  • Proven knowledge in networking and Information Security with experience in AI Security and or Cloud Security solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux and deploying virtual machines in VMware AWS or Azure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building ability
  • Exceptional multitasking and organization skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • High level English

Day to day

  • Act as a product expert for Silverfort, applying identity and security knowledge to drive successful deployments for Enterprise and Strategic customers.
  • Design tailored Silverfort architectures by understanding customer environments, goals, and use cases, then guiding adoption with technical best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Success Support R&D Product and Sales teams to solve complex issues, deliver enablement, and ensure customers realize business value.
