Day to day

  • Manage dedicated account support across all client accounts and keep relationships running smoothly.
  • Lead an efficient onboarding process and help customers prepare confidently for their events through rehearsals and coordination.
  • Work closely with Event and Digital teams to improve customer success while spotting expansion and networking opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with fresh creative ideas and help deliver event packages that meet quarterly targets.
