What the job involves

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer at all levels.
• Develop strategic IDN plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify critical account management capabilities through deep business understanding.
• Lead Business Review preparation and delivery with sales counterparts.
• Quantify and track customer pain points, implement solutions for improvement.
• Act as customer advocate and liaison back into the organization.
