Requirements

  • Experience consulting on ROI through new tool implementations
  • Working with VP-level members to define and deliver a strategic vision
  • Communicate with all organizational stakeholders from developers to CIOs
  • Experience in data querying, modeling, and transforming tools like SQL, dbt, Python, BI tools
  • Familiarity with databases like Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks
  • Familiar with product analytics implementation methods like SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming, Reverse ETL
  • Knowledge of analytics best practices across business segments and verticals
  • Manage complex projects with diverse client stakeholders
  • Proven experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong process or project delivery discipline
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to customer needs

Day to day

  • Partner with customers to derive value from their data starting from pre-sales to post-sales implementation and onboarding
  • Consult on how to maximize the value of Mixpanel by managing change, defining ROI, and improving analytics usage for customers
  • Support product adoption and data trust for large enterprise customers by collaborating with Account Managers and executing a change management rollout approach
