Requirements
- 5 - 7 years in a customer-facing role
- 1 - 3 years troubleshooting cloud environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of major cloud platforms
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory or LDAP
- Understanding of file permissions and access control in cloud environments
- Must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Day to day
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues across cloud and on-premises file systems with a strong focus on AWS and Azure environments.
- Investigate infrastructure, permissions, performance, and general file system problems while driving timely resolution and clear customer communication.
- Partner closely with sales product and engineering teams to escalate issues share feedback and continuously improve cloud offerings.
