Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years in a customer-facing role
  • 1 - 3 years troubleshooting cloud environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of major cloud platforms
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory or LDAP
  • Understanding of file permissions and access control in cloud environments
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Day to day

  • Troubleshoot complex customer issues across cloud and on-premises file systems with a strong focus on AWS and Azure environments.
  • Investigate infrastructure, permissions, performance, and general file system problems while driving timely resolution and clear customer communication.
  • Partner closely with sales product and engineering teams to escalate issues share feedback and continuously improve cloud offerings.
