Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of major cloud platforms including compute storage networking and identity management
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of general network technologies
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory or LDAP
  • Understanding of file permissions and access control in cloud environments
  • 5 to 7 years experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1 to 3 years troubleshooting cloud environments
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Day to day

  • Troubleshoot complex issues in Qumulo cloud and on-premises file systems, including infrastructure, permissions, performance, and general storage problems.
  • Prioritize escalated customer cases and drive them through to clear resolution while keeping customers informed throughout the issue lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with sales product engineering and peers to resolve technical challenges and share feedback that improves cloud offerings.
