Who you are
- 3+ years in a customer success or technical account management role
- Proven ability to drive projects and collaborate with customers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with external and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a startup-like environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Understanding of enterprise-level information systems and data analytics stack
- Experience with SQL queries, relational databases, and BI tools
- Familiarity with big data platforms, connectivity technology, and infrastructure-as-a-service platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS software

- Manage customers through the Actian Avalanche adoption lifecycle
- Provide ongoing consultations about the Actian Data Platform
- Develop strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to consult on strategic initiatives
- Monitor customer health, product, support, and satisfaction
- Advocate for the customer internally to improve processes and product offerings
