Remote Customer Success Engineer Job in UK Actian

Who you are

• Proven ability in a customer success or technical account management role
• 3+ years experience in enterprise SaaS environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills across broad range of teams
• Proficient in project management multitasking and meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience
• Understanding of enterprise-level information systems and data analytics workflow
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries and script debugging
• Knowledge of relational and large-scale analytics database technologies
• Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools
• Experience with non-relational platforms and big data processing tools
• Understanding of connectivity technology protocols such as JDBC ODBC .NET Spark and JSON
• Experience in large-scale IaaS platforms like GCP AWS Azure

• Project Management Cert
• Cloud Platform Cert

What the job involves

• Assist customers through Actian Avalanche adoption lifecycle
• Provide ongoing consultations about its use
• Drive data integration data warehousing and analytics initiatives
• Develop strong relationships with customers as their trusted advisor
• Monitor customer health product support services and satisfaction
• Ensure effective management of customer requests and feedback
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to consult on strategic initiatives
