  • 3+ years in customer success engineering technical implementation or solutions engineering at a B2B software company
  • Experience with enterprise customers and complex deployments
  • Strong Linux skills
  • Comfort with Docker or Podman
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues independently
  • Customer-facing communication skills with technical buyers
  • AI-fluency and understanding of AI tool strengths and limits
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required

Day to day

  • Deploy AI software inside nuclear plants on customer infrastructure including on-prem and secure cloud environments.
  • Configure the platform for each plant's workflows and partner with Engineering on custom integrations and implementation work.
  • Support customer adoption by training users troubleshooting issues and ensuring the promised outcomes are achieved.
  • Act as the technical voice customers trust while surfacing feedback to Product and Engineering.
