- 3-6 years in a technical customer-facing post-sales role
- Experience in logistics supply chain transportation delivery or adjacent industry
- Comfortable debugging integrations independently and resolving API or webhook failures
- Light scripting in Python JavaScript or similar is a plus
- Proficient in SQL and able to build dashboards and reports
- Strong commercial instinct for retention renewals and expansion
- Excellent at translating technical detail into business value
- Organized self-directed and able to manage demanding enterprise accounts
