Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within cybersecurity
  • Experience supporting public sector and government entities
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and threat intelligence
  • Understanding of incident response SOC operations and vulnerability workflows
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain Python scripts
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON data models
  • Experience building or learning integrations in SIEM SOAR TIP or similar tools
  • Experience providing technical mentorship enablement or customer guidance

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Go

Day to day

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for existing customers, guiding successful adoption and operationalization of VulnCheck intelligence.
  • Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration efforts across security tools and workflows, including SIEMs SOAR platforms TIPs and data lakes.
  • Build and troubleshoot custom workflows scripts and API-driven integrations while providing enablement training architecture reviews and proactive optimization advice.
