  • Skilled with CRM tools and Excel
  • Strong listening negotiation presentation verbal and written communication skills

Day to day

  • Lead customer onboarding and activation to help clients adopt Cognassist effectively and realise value quickly.
  • Build trusted consultative relationships with clients, uncovering goals challenges and growth opportunities in every interaction.
  • Drive renewals expansion and advocacy by spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating across Sales Product and Engineering.
