- Minimum 3 years in Customer Success Sales Account Management or similar client-facing role
- SaaS experience essential
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in renewals upselling and expansion

- Skilled with CRM tools and Excel
- Strong listening negotiation presentation verbal and written communication skills

Day to day
- Lead customer onboarding and activation to help clients adopt Cognassist effectively and realise value quickly.
- Build trusted consultative relationships with clients, uncovering goals challenges and growth opportunities in every interaction.
- Drive renewals expansion and advocacy by spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating across Sales Product and Engineering.
