Day to day
- Own client onboarding and make it seamless from day one
- Build strong proactive relationships with operations teams at major venues
- Monitor account health and act before problems arise
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to closure
- Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team
- Create playbooks and documentation that scale success
