- Live in Western Europe

- 2-3 years experience in account management, client management or customer success
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Experience in media buying for paid social like Meta, TikTok, Youtube
- Deep understanding of creative's role in paid media
Day to day
- Educate clients on creative strategy and operationalizing workflows using Motion.
- Develop a deep understanding of media buying and creative production to help clients resolve workflow challenges.
- Create onboarding curriculum, conduct training sessions, and continually update clients on new features and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success with Motion platform.
