What the job involves
Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers in the Education sector
Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients to ensure rapid realization of value

Act as the primary point of contact for customers managing resources and escalations
Conduct regular meetings to strategize and resolve issues
Provide feedback to improve services and customer retention

Monitor customer health using specialized tools
Create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans
