Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, etc., or relevant training/experience in lieu of degree
5+ years relevant experience in University ITS and/or Campus Finance
Experience in client-facing roles and/or financial industry
Desirables
Knowledge of UK/IE higher education technology space
Knowledge of the campus ID card, ecommerce, or payment industry
Working knowledge of Student Information Systems
UCISA membership or affiliation
Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology

Supports client by acting as their voice, identifying product support and communicating needs internally
Maintains long-term client relationships, plans service delivery to reduce downtime and support costs, and identifies new services based on client's direction
Acts as primary contact for client to resolve service incidents, escalates issues with substantial impacts, provides quality service, and aligns clients' needs with internal solutions
