Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, etc., or relevant training/experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience in University ITS and/or Campus Finance
  • Experience in client-facing roles and/or financial industry

Desirables

  • Knowledge of UK/IE higher education technology space
  • Knowledge of the campus ID card, ecommerce, or payment industry
  • Working knowledge of Student Information Systems
  • UCISA membership or affiliation
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Analytical
  • Organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong PC skills
  • Travel regularly throughout the UK and Ireland; occasional additional international travel
  • Experience as a technical liaison between ITS and finance office at a university
  • Focused on achieving defined results

  • Good computer skills



What the job involves

  • Supports client by acting as their voice, identifying product support and communicating needs internally
  • Maintains long-term client relationships, plans service delivery to reduce downtime and support costs, and identifies new services based on client's direction
  • Acts as primary contact for client to resolve service incidents, escalates issues with substantial impacts, provides quality service, and aligns clients' needs with internal solutions
