Customer Success Manager (French-speaking) - up to £40k basic + up to £4k performance bonus
Location: Open to remote or hybrid (Stonehouse, Gloucestershire)

Job Purpose: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to be the omnipresent advisor to help our customers exceed their expectations.
The main purpose of the CSM is to protect customer renewals and assist with growth by committing to the very highest levels of customer satisfaction. The CSM will become an expert in our products, with the ability to advise customers and help them to get the most out of our tools. Whilst you will support our BDMs in identifying sales opportunities, this is not a sales role.
Please note this role requires fluency in both English and French to help deliver the services to our many French clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:● Become an expert in the use of our products to advise customers on best practice.● Get to know our existing customers in-depth, so you can help them optimise their productivity and discover new ways to apply our products to meet their challenges.● Work alongside the Business Development team to jointly ensure customer retention and growth. This will involve regular business review meetings both online and face to face.● Use screen sharing and communication technologies to train customers.● Educate customers about new product features, industry trends and market intelligence.● Create training materials and support resources.● Create reports on behalf of our customers using tools such as PowerBI.● Contribute to our product roadmap in line with customer requirements.● Record all information in our relevant systems to help us scale up.● Although this role will focus more on the ongoing support of customers, there will also be an element of implementation / system configuration and onboarding.
Our office is based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. For this role we will consider either fully remote or a mix of office and home-working.
About You:● Previous experience in either Customer Success, Customer Experience or Account management for a software company (ideally SaaS).● Although not essential, Procurement experience would be a huge advantage.● Energetic, self-motivated and well organised, with a passion for technology and, above all, customer success.● A quick learner with the willingness to gain a solid understanding of procurement.● Ability to operate in a consultative manner, advising procurement professionals on best practice in the use of our tools.● An analytical and curious brain that finds answers in a sea of data.● Demonstrated ability to improve customer success and build strong relationships across all levels of seniority.● Excellent written and oral communication skills.● Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence.● Eligible to work in the UK.● Fluency in French and English is a must, whilst other languages are welcomed.
