Who you are

  • Extensive IT experience in large service provider companies partnering with the healthcare sector
  • Main responsibility for customer success focusing on commercial contract obligations and financial management
  • Understanding of Program / Project Management principles, business analytical skills, ability to influence without authority
  • Structured thinking style with the ability to multitask & manage competing priorities through flexible, self-motivated approach
  • Strong oral, written, presentation skills, ability to relate to professional audiences from analysts to CIOs
  • Strong background in IT environment, IT security policies and standards, IT service management, healthcare environment knowledge preferred
  • Full Driving License
  • Standard DBS check required



What the job involves

  • Nurture customer relationships through regular and ad hoc engagements, acting as the face of Philips.
  • Proactively review service performance based on SLAs, focusing on uptime, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate and manage minor projects, managing the technical deliverables of third-party service providers.
