Who you are
Experience in fast-growth technology company preferred
Experience with SaaS or platform product preferred
Knowledge of supply chain preferred
7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Consulting
Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and large groups
Strategic yet hands-on
Organized with strong urgency to meet deadlines
Highly customer-oriented attitude
Excellent verbal and written English
Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is advantageous
Some travel required
