Who you are

  • Experience in fast-growth technology company preferred
  • Experience with SaaS or platform product preferred
  • Knowledge of supply chain preferred
  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Consulting
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and large groups
  • Strategic yet hands-on
  • Organized with strong urgency to meet deadlines
  • Highly customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is advantageous
  • Some travel required



What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary interface between project44 and a portfolio of accounts.
  • Ensure customers get the highest value from the p44 products with exceptional service.
  • Partner with customers to develop strategies for optimal product use and value maximization.
