Requirements
- Experience in fast-growth technology company preferred
- Experience with SaaS or platform product preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain preferred
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Consulting
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and large groups
- Strategic yet hands-on
- Organized with strong urgency to meet deadlines
- Highly customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is advantageous
- Some travel required
Day to day
- Serve as the primary interface between project44 and a portfolio of accounts.
- Ensure customers get the highest value from the p44 products with exceptional service.
- Partner with customers to develop strategies for optimal product use and value maximization.
