Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a technical account manager in cybersecurity
  • Capability to design client-specific technical solutions including architecture and operational plans
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS/Linux and awareness of security best practices
  • Familiarity with information data and network architecture concepts
  • Proficiency in cloud security for platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Experience in documentation for product deployment and integration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements

What the job involves

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-specific issues
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels including CISOs
  • Understand and align with the clients organizational structure and business objectives
  • Integrate XM Cyber solutions within client technical environments
  • Facilitate hands-on technical discussions and product demonstrations
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and manage ongoing technological relationships
  • Highlight improvements in cybersecurity posture and advocate for effective exposure management strategies
  • Train team members on XM Cyber to enhance product uptake
  • Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to uncover new use cases and drive account growth
