What the job involves
Serve as the strategic communication liaison between customers and the service team
Identify a customer’s unique needs, goals, and challenges in the title and escrow process
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the process for an improved customer closing experience
Capitalize on opportunities to grow business / market share from existing customers
Onboard new customers, guiding them through a systematic process to facilitate decision-making around their needs and goals
Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly
