Day to day
- Manage customer accounts and guide clients toward successful outcomes with INGENIOUS.BUILD
- Build strong relationships with AEC customers and serve as their primary point of contact for product questions support and guidance
- Conduct business reviews coordinate cross-functional teams and identify opportunities to expand adoption retention and revenue
- Act as a project manager across client and internal teams to implement solutions and resolve issues efficiently
