5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably within the public accounting or professional services industry.
Proven experience in consultative sales, closing six and seven-figure deals, and exceeding revenue goals.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage concurrent engagements of varying complexity.
Outstanding relationship management skills, with the ability to build lasting professional connections with clients and internal teams.
Experience selling to C-suite, Partners, and HR stakeholders at professional services firms (audit or advisory firm experience preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
High-impact communication skills with strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive team-based selling and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Travel when necessary to meet with clients.
