Day to day

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team to help achieve individual and collective performance targets.
  • Coordinate delivery dates handle complaints and manage return and reship requests while maintaining customer relationships and master data.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer service escalations from platform partners and resolve issues in a timely high-quality manner.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to initiatives that continuously improve service quality and operational performance.
