Who you are

  • At least 5 years experience in customer support or related field with strong technical background in cloud-based services.
  • Proven experience with CCaaS platforms like Twilio and AWS Connect.
  • Robust understanding of database structures, networking, VOIP.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of conducting workshops.
  • Strong leadership qualities and history of driving customer success.
