Who you are
At least 5 years experience in customer support or related field with strong technical background in cloud-based services.
Proven experience with CCaaS platforms like Twilio and AWS Connect.
Robust understanding of database structures, networking, VOIP.
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking under pressure.
Excellent communication skills capable of conducting workshops.
Strong leadership qualities and history of driving customer success.
