Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success or related role.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-priority setting.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strategic thinking in change management and system integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Desirables

  • Experience with fashion, luxury, beauty or PR.
  • Exposure to global customers.
  • Experience delivering on-site training and webinars.



What the job involves

  • Manage key client relationships and ensure client adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure successful set-up and kick-off for new clients and solid system adoption.
  • Be a strategic advisor, continuously driving product value and ROI.
  • Ensure appropriate client documentation and reviews are up to date.
  • Lead regular account reviews to maintain system usage and communication on updates.
  • Gather and deliver client feedback to product teams.
  • Anticipate and monitor dissatisfied accounts, resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and transition them to the sales team.
  • Evaluate implementation plans and manage client requests with product teams.
